Compliance Pro™ Data Match System (Multi-Head or Single-Head)

General Description
The Compliance-Pro™ Data Match System ensures that all barcodes can be scanned and that the encoded data matches. This unit is extremely simple to use with only two buttons. The first button "Learn new barcode" does just that, when the button is pressed the next barcode scanned will be the encodation saved to be compared with all future barcodes. When a mismatch or 'no read' occurs, the system will sound an alarm and close a relay that can be used to stop the equipment, apply a cover-up label, or reject the product. The error is cleared either by scanning a good barcode or by pressing the 'silence' button. Typical uses include rewind systems and production lines.
