TheProduce Traceability Initiative is jointly sponsored by leading associations PMA (Produce Marketing Association), United Fresh Produce Association, and Canadian Produce marketing Association, coordinating efforts with GS1. The produce industry's PTI goal is to provide for supply chain-wide case level electronic traceability in 2012.
