High Speed Verifiers (H.S.V.)
Utilizing the high-speed data acquisition process outlined in the ISO15416 (ANSI X3.182) Print Quality Specification, the Compliance-Pro™ H.S.V. inspects every bar code coming off the press and displays quality trends in real-time; so corrective action can be taken before quality becomes unacceptable.
If bar code quality falls below user-defined levels, the Compliance-Pro™ H.S.V. can generate the outputs needed to trigger a warning light, activate any piece of auxiliary equipment or stop the printing press or production line if necessary. Model options include Inspection, Reporting, and Customized versions.
