Axicon 6000 Verifier
 General Description
The Axicon Linear Precision Stand has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the user that has a requirement to verify barcodes with a very small bar height.
This need is found most commonly when checking RSS stacked codes, but equally may occur in many other situations such as the marking of printed circuit boards for traceability purposes.
Although an experienced user will be able to position an Axicon-6000 by sight, less experienced users may find difficulty in positioning the read head in this way. To resolve this problem Axicon have developed the Linear Precision Stand.
The linear precision stand allows the user to move the read head b y very precise amounts and thus to achieve multi-scan averaging results even with the smallest of bar heights.
The Linear Precision Stand comes fully assembled and only requires the user to fit their Axicon-6000 series verifier into the clamp. The assembly can then be positioned over the barcode and the required verification scans taken.
For an even higher level of accuracy the Linear Precision Stand can be bolted to a bench or framework, thus eliminating the possibility of accidental movement of the read-head.
