These sequential labels must be very durable. The customer expects the labels to last as long as the bin itself. The bins are subject to extreme exposure to ongoing abrasion and cold temperatures. The adhesive is permanent, the stock is waterproof and there is a 5 mil laminate for protection.
These labels are used in multiple use distribution or manufacturing centers, delivery services or multiple location transportation companies.
These durable labels are adhered to warehouse racking and storage systems components. Wear-resistant materials and aggressive adhesive allow for long term use and help avoid mistakes or delays in movement of goods due to inability to identify stock storage areas. They also provide excellent chemical and oil resistance.
Retro-reflective specialty labels are also available for use in a warehouse situation where clear long range visibility of the bar code is necessary for efficient operations and management of warehoused materials. The extreme reflective nature of the materials allows both for visibility to the human eye at greater distances as well as increasing the distance from which a scanner can read the coded information.
Standard labels offer matte top coated white poly film coated with acrylic adhesive, backed with semi bleached draft release liner, and an overlaminate of high grade poly film.
