Sequentially numbered labels such as these produced with security die cuts prevent removal from one product and transfer to another. They are designed to fracture on removal; providing visible evidence that tampering has occurred, as well as preventing whole-label removal and re-use.
These labels are often used where sample protection and security is critical such as in laboratory testing environments.
