This application requires a label which will last the lifetime
of a piece of heavy duty industrial equipment. The metal frame is
acid cleaned and the label is applied prior to painting.
After painting, the "mask" is removed so the sequential barcode
is visible and available to be scanned.

During the painting process, the edges of
the label are sealed so no moisture or corrosive elements can
attack the frame or label.
The life expectancy of this label is in excess of 15 years even
though it is exposed to the elements and is within 12 inches of the
road pavement and as such, is subject to corrosive salt, water and
large temperature variables.
